The Student Pathways to Success Coalition is dedicated to empowering students, particularly those from historically under-resourced communities, to thrive and prosper in the Massachusetts economy thereby closing wage and wealth gaps and promoting a more equitable Commonwealth. We are committed to building a diverse, highly skilled workforce that will drive continued growth in the Massachusetts economy.

We believe Massachusetts can achieve this vision by better connecting what students are learning in high school to the opportunities that await them when they graduate. Every high school in Massachusetts should give students a jump start on a future career by allowing them to earn college credits and credentials aligned with workforce opportunities. To do that, the state must strengthen and expand Early College and career vocational technical education programs, and greatly improve access to work-based learning and career counseling.
