In a statement, MBAE Executive Director Ed Lambert said, “Innovation Pathways programs offer vital exposure for our students to careers and work-readiness experiences. This announcement today, with the announcement of nine new Early College program designations in March, make clear the Healey administration understands the critical connection between our K12 education system and the state’s economic competitiveness.
“The Student Pathways to Success coalition came together to solve our workforce challenges and make long-term progress on our goals for equitable access to opportunity, and we’re thrilled with these investments that advance those goals. We look forward to continuing to work with the Healey Administration and the legislature to advance policies and investments like these to meet the needs of students and our economy.”
