MBAE Elects Four New Members to Board of Directors

The Massachusetts Business Alliance for Education (MBAE) has elected four new members to its Board of Directors.  The new directors are:

·       Roberto Cabral, Global Product Manager, GE Healthcare Life Sciences

·       Emerson Foster, Vice President of Human Resources, Sodexo

·       Rebecca Fracassa, Director of Community Impact, Comcast

·       Axel Vigo, Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, Ernst & Young

These new Board members add critical understanding of the demands of the workforce in the high technology sector, perspective on the significant challenges employers face in finding qualified candidates to fill open positions in their companies, and depth to MBAE’s communications capabilities.

MBAE Board members recognize that K-12 education is the foundation by which closing achievement, opportunity and skills gaps can be accomplished.  The Board is developing its policy agenda for the next legislative session and launching an initiative, Credentials for Success, to expand opportunities for students.
